Volunteers:
The Volunteer Entry Gate will be staffed by 8:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings. The Volunteer Entry Gate is the first gate from West to East across the front of the fairgrounds.
Wristbands must be worn by every person on the grounds at all times.
With a pre-registered show car: Please have your wristbands on when you arrive.
When you arrive, you will have your name checked off the Master Volunteer list and be given a fairgrounds layout map. If you have additional passengers in your car over 12 years of age without a wristband, you will need to purchase a $15.00 daily admission wristband for each at the Registration building. (You should have received two wristbands with your paid registration – driver and one passenger). To complete your car registration, you will need to go to the Registration building to pick up your dash card and goody bag
When check-in is complete, you can then proceed to park your car in your class parking area. Once you have parked your car, please go to your assigned work area at the time you are scheduled to work. If you do not know where you are assigned, please go to the Worker Building (Hospitality) to view the Master Volunteer Assignment List posted in the Worker Building.
